Which payment methods does Eline Rosina accept?

We only accept payment through invoices. After placing the order, you will receive an invoice. The payment must be fulfilled within 14 days after receiving the invoice. Notice: the first order you will place has a minimum order value of €1000,-. For future reference, the minimum order value will be €250,-.

I would like to order, but the item is sold out.
If the item is sold out, there is a back in stock notification on the product page. If this is not the case, please contact our wholesale manager by sending an email to wholesale@elinerosina.com and ask for the upcoming delivery dates for the item you’ve wanted to add on your order.

I did not receive an order confirmation, did my order come through?
You will receive your invoice where you can find all the items you have ordered. This is also your confirmation. 


We will launch multiple collections this year (2023). Herewith the information about the launches.

You are able to pre-order these collections.

But make sure you will keep an eye on your inbox a couple of weeks before all other launch data. We will send you a productbook where we add every item of the new collection. With this pre-order we can assure you, you will receive the items for your (web)shop.


What are the shipping costs?
The Netherlands
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders (re-orders are over €250,-) to The Netherlands. 

Belgium & Germany
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders (re-orders are over €250,-) to Belgium and Germany.

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders (re-orders are over €250,-) within Europe.

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders (re-orders are over €250,-) world wide.

How long does it take to receive my order?

I did not receive my package. 
Please check the estimated delivery time for your country on the shipping page. If this period of time has expired, please check if the shipping address you provided  is correct in your Shopify account. If you did not receive anything, contact our wholesale manager at wholesale@elinerosina.com and we will help you out!


For how long are products guaranteed?
All our products (except Vermeil plated items) have a warranty period of 3 months, counting from the day of delivery. If you want to make a guarantee claim, contact us at wholesale@elinerosina.com and within the 3 months, fill in the return form. 

Our Vermeil plated items have a warranty period of 6 months, counting from the day of delivery.

What to do if I have received a broken item?
If you have received any damaged items or there’s something wrong with the items, make a picture and send it to wholesale@elinerosina.com as soon as possible. After that, you will send the damaged items to our distribution centre. Once we have received the items, we will contact you and make sure the new ones will be returned to you.


How can I return my package?

Is it possible to swim or shower with the jewelry?
Our jewelry is made of high-quality (18K gold plated) 925 sterling silver or a Gold Vermeil Plating. To enjoy wearing your jewelry as long as possible it is recommended not to shower or swim with the jewelry and to be careful with perfume and other substances that can affect the jewelry. Please make sure to read our blog on all do’s and don’ts to keep your jewelry in perfect condition!
